What is the standard lead time for door deliveries?
Most in-stock doors and hardware are dispatched within 2-3 business days. For custom-sized timber doors or special orders, please allow 4-6 weeks for manufacturing and delivery.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we primarily supply high-quality materials, we can recommend a network of trusted local carpenters and installers to ensure your AMS doors are fitted perfectly.
Can I return a timber door if I change my mind?
Standard stock items can be returned within 30 days if they are in original condition and haven't been hung or painted. Please note that custom-cut timber and special-order doors are non-refundable.
How should I store my timber products before installation?
Timber should be stored flat in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight or moisture. We recommend sealing all edges of timber doors as soon as possible to prevent warping.
